Conditional Use Hearing ***REMOTE MEETING ONLY***

In an effort to minimize public exposure to COVID-19, and maintain social distancing, this meeting will be conducted via webinar. No attendance in-person will be allowed. Members of the public may join online using an internet-enabled device at https://webinar.anymeeting.com/079-055-306 or via phone at (800) 366-4068. Members of the public electing to join by phone should use the code PIN 079-055-306# when prompted. Members of the public participating by phone will have no mechanism to be recognized by the Chairman to provide public comment. EAST BRANDYWINE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Act 15 of 2020, a virtual public meeting and hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of East Brandywine Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania on Thursday, March 18, 2021, commencing at 8:00 p.m. to consider the following conditional use application:

To conduct a hearing on the application of Bochasanwasi Shree Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha-Northeast which seeks a conditional use to permit a religious use pursuant to section 399-39.B(2) of the Zoning Ordinance.

The parcels in question are zoned TND-1 Traditional Neighborhood Development and are located at 1155 and 1157 Horseshoe Pike (parcel nos. 30-5-70.1 and 30-5-70.2).
