Mr. Formica asked if
there were any additions or corrections to the above minutes.
Mr. Formica noted one correction needed to be made to the minutes.
On the last page, last sentence, the motion to close the meeting, was
made by Mr.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Giannantonio
presented a draft copy of the Land Use Assumption Report to the Traffic
Committee. Contained within the
report is the Transportation Service Area (existing roads), Existing Land Use,
Exhibit Maps, and a general description of what land uses are located within the
township at the present time. Mr.
Giannantonio will supply Mr. Heinrich with a completed Land Use Assumption
Report later this week so he can start his calculations for the Roadway
Sufficiency Analysis Report. Mr.
Heinrich’s estimated time for completion of this report is approximately two
months.
The Traffic
Committee members suggested that the Township needs to hire a consultant to
educate
FURTHER COMMENTS:
Before our next scheduled traffic meeting is held, a copy of the land use assumption report must be forwarded to the following agencies, for non-binding review and comments at least 30 days before the public hearing is held.

The public relations
sub-committee will meet to discuss a timeline for implementing Act 209.
Public notification needs to be done along with scheduling the first
public meeting. The deadline for
implementing Act 209 is

the next Traffic Impact Advisory Meeting is scheduled for
